1. First steps first!

Once you have decided to sell your home you need to evaluate your home. Price it too low and you might regret not asking for more. Price it too high and you are not able to sell your home. 2. Listing appointment

Once you are ready to put your home on the market give me a call and I will come out to your home for a listing appointment. We will go over the paperwork and I will take many digital photos of your home. Before I leave I will install the lockbox and provide you with the yard sign. No upfront fees to you - I get paid when you get paid...at closing. 

3. Marketing

I will create your home listing that will go live the same day on MLS, HAR, Realtor.com, and all other related websites. I will advertise your home every week on many websites (like craigslist.com). I can hold an Open House if requested. I will schedule all the showing appointments and give you an update weekly basis.

4. Closing

I will present you with all offers and negotiate on your behalf. I will do all the paperwork. The only thing you have to do is to show up at closing.
